Summer Highlight Stay in Ladysmith, BC
 
The Temperance Hotel exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, bright and beautiful from the outside in. Every room has its own unique style mixing a little of the old character and charm with new, modern touches. The black fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom are stunning against the white tile and artwork from the gallery on the main floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to dine in but the choices in town and close by for eating were also amazing. You felt like it was your own spacious, professionally decorated
apartment. The main Street was a picturesque walk of historic buildings and unique shops, not to mention the highlight of the Old Town Bakery up the hill.

A Treasure!
 
Stayed at the Temperance Hotel this past weekend and had a great time. The restoration of the historic building is incredible both inside and out. The room was modern, comfortable and spotless. The location could not be any more convenient with shops, restaurants, groceries, coffee and of course the BAKERY all within a very short walking distance. We also rented kayaks at Transfer Beach which is a bit further away but still walking distance. I really cannot say anything bad about this place. Hope to return soon.

Amazing place to stay
