Payment and Cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?

cancellation policy–Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the property via email or phone. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night”s room rate plus tax. No-shows will also be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax. For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking.
